I provide coaching remotely, via the TrainingPeaks app, phone, e-mail, or Zoom, with in-person sessions for local athletes as needed. Workouts are delivered on TrainingPeaks weekly. Race plans are delivered about 1 week before the event.

If you have a device that measures metrics like heart rate and power, great, but you do not need to have expensive equipment to start. We will work with what you have.

I place great importance on being responsive and timely in communications with my athletes. Some athletes want to chat weekly, others just when they need to. I am available to my athletes every day.

The first week is on me.

Finding the right coach is a personal decision. Not only does your coach need to be sufficiently educated and knowledgeable, but their personality and coaching style need to mesh with yours.
